National Signage announces 2.5% profit growth in H1-26 despite lower sales

Riyadh — Mubasher: National Signage Industrial Company reported a net profit of SAR 3.58 million for the six-month period ended on 30 June 2026.

The earnings in the first half (H1) of 2026 represented a 2.48% increase from the SAR 3.50 million recorded in H1-25.

The growth in bottom-line results occurred despite a decline in sales, which fell by 8.49% to SAR 36.76 million in H1-26 from SAR 40.17 million a year earlier.

The company attributed the decrease in revenue to lower sales volumes resulting from external market variables and regional conditions that impacted demand and project execution.

Operating profit was also affected by the lower sales and an increase in headcount.

Earnings per share for the period stood at SAR 0.48 in H1-26 compared to SAR 0.58 in the prior-year period.

National Signage noted that total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, rose by 33.20% to SAR 96.83 million in H1-26 from SAR 72.69 million in H1-25.

The company confirmed that the external auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements and that certain comparative figures were reclassified to align with the current year's presentation.
