Riyadh – Mubasher: Natural Gas Distribution Company has appointed Abdul Rahman bin Abdulaziz bin Sulaiman as the new Chairman for three years effective 5 February 2024.
The company also announced Abdul Latif bin Omar Al Abdul Latif as the Vice Chairman for the same board term which ends on February 2027, according to a bourse filing.
The appointments were first made by the company's ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 5 February, when the new board of directors was also elected.
The OGM formed new committees and appointed Rania Al Jabr as the Secretary of the board.
It is worth noting that the current CEO of Natural Gas Distribution is Raed bin Mubarak Al Mubarak, who commenced his duties in December 2021.
