Riyadh – Mubasher: Bawan Company recorded a negotiated deal worth a total of SAR 3.53 million during the 23 July 2026 session on the Saudi market.
The transaction comprised 99,755 shares at a price of SAR 35.48 per share.
It is worth noting that negotiated, also called special, deals are executed off the order book between two parties.
