Riyadh - Mubasher: Northern Region Cement Company and Arabian Contracting Services Company (Al Arabia) appointed a new Chairman and Vice Chairman for a new board term.
Northern Region Cement named Sulaiman Salim Al Harbi as the board’s Chairman and Mohammed Faiz Alderjem Aldosari as Vice Chairman.
Saud Saad Al Arifi was announced as the Managing Director of the board of directors.
The three officials will serve in new roles during the current term, which commenced on 16 March 2026 and is set to end on 15 March 2030.
The appointment followed the company’s solid performance in 2025, posting 9.80% year-on-year (YoY) higher revenues at SAR 683.51 million.

The outdoor advertising services company announced Mohamed Abdulelah Alkhereiji as the Chairman for four years, while Mohammed Abdullah Alnemer was appointed as the Vice Chairman.
Both members were elected for the upcoming term that started on 18 March 2026.
Revenues hit SAR 683.51 million in the January-December 2025 period, up 9.80% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 622.52 million.
At the beginning of 2026, Al Arabia won a bid from Cluster 2 Airports Company at a value of SAR 120.48 million for 18 airports in Saudi Arabia.
