Nozha International Hospital unveils EGP 58m capital increase, new asset details

Cairo - Mubasher: The board members of Nozha International Hospital approved raising its issued and paid-up capital by EGP 58 million to EGP 300 million from EGP 242 million through bonus shares.

The capital increase will be financed from retained earnings worth EGP 225.90 million as recorded in the 2025 financial statements, according to a bourse filing.

Nozha International Hospital will issue 58 million bonus shares at a nominal value of EGP 1 per share.

It is worth noting that the new shares will be distributed to shareholders as 0.23967 bonus shares for every existing share.

New Hospital Branch

The move aims to strengthen the company’s financial position. It will also help finance part of the cash requirements for the new hospital branch in the Fifth Settlement, which will be built on a land plot purchased for about EGP 36.34 million.

All construction works of the new hospital branch, which spans 16,400 square meters (sqm), have been completed. Meanwhile, the estimated costs for electrical, mechanical, and medical/non-medical equipment are EGP 481 million. 

The EGX-listed hospital also plans to purchase new medical devices and expand its current facilities, with an estimated investment of EGP 15 million.
