Mubasher: Offtec Holding Group has completed the procedures for decreasing its capital through canceling 1.05 million treasury shares, according to a bourse statement.
The company’s ordinary general meeting agreed on the capital reduction as well as purchasing 5% of its treasury shares.
The canceled shares represent 2.58% of the overall shares.
