Mubasher: Oman Cables Industry shareholders will meet on 7 March to resolve on a board proposal of distributing cash dividends at 90% of the capital, equivalent to 90 baisas per share, for the fiscal year 2015.
Shareholders will also look into the distribution of bonuses to board members totalling OMR 188,950 for the last fiscal year.
Oman Cables earlier posted a net profit of OMR 18.5 million in 2015, versus OMR 17.7 million in 2014.
The Muscat-listed company’s share rose by 2.66% to OMR 1.54 in today’s early session.
