Mubasher: Oman Refreshment Company announced on Monday that it invited its shareholders to attend its general meeting to be held on 3 March.
The company said that the meeting will discuss a proposal to distribute cash dividends at 100% of the company’s paid-up capital, equivalent to 100 Baisas per share, for the fiscal year 2015.
The company earlier distributed cash dividends at 100% of the paid-up capital (100 baisas per share) for the fiscal year 2014.
