Mubasher: Omani Packaging Company’s board of directors recommended on Monday cash dividends at 15% for fiscal year 2015.
The company earlier paid 10% of the paid-up capital, equivalent to 10 baisas, in cash dividends for the fiscal year 2014.
According to the Monday statement, the board also adopted the financial statements of 2015.
The Muscat listed company’s general meeting will be held on 2 March.
