Mubasher: Oman Qatari Telecommunications (Ooredoo Oman) reported a 24.5% increase in its profits for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The company earned OMR 12.7 million ($32.7 million) in Q3-16, compared with OMR 10.2 million ($26.4 million) during Q3-15, the bourse filing revealed.
Over the first nine months, the company registered OMR 37.6 million, higher 16.4% from OMR 32.3 million for the year-ago period.
Revenues also grew 8.1% year-on-year to OMR 201.9 million from OMR 186.8 million.
