Cairo - Mubasher: Orascom Development Egypt achieved higher consolidated net profits after tax at EGP 5.37 billion in 2025, compared with EGP 3.44 billion in 2024.
The basic earnings per share (EPS) grew year-on-year (YoY) to EGP 4.91 in January-December 2025 from EGP 2.75, according to the income statements.
Consolidated revenues totaled EGP 24.94 billion in 2025, higher than EGP 21.79 billion in the previous year.
Furthermore, the total assets hiked to EGP 59.02 billion by the end of last year when compared to EGP 50.70 billion in 2024.
Standalone Financials
The real estate developer delivered an annual leap in non-consolidated net profits after tax to EGP 4.41 billion during 2025, compared to EGP 1.33 billion.
Meanwhile, the revenues jumped to EGP 9.78 billion as of 31 December 2025 from EGP 7.63 billion a year earlier. The basic EPS increased to EGP 3.91 from EGP 1.18.
Non-consolidated total assets hit EGP 25.54 billion at the end of 2025, marking an annual rise from EGP 23.38 billion.
In September 2025, Orascom Development Egypt announced a cash dividend of EGP 0.38 per share to shareholders.
