Mubasher: Osoul Investment has purchased 119,000 shares in Osos Holding Group Co, according to a bourse stateman on Wednesday.
The transaction was executed at a value of 101 fils per share or a total of KWD 12,020 through the chairman of Osos who represents Osoul in the board of directors.
It is noteworthy that Osos has a capital of KWD 10 million distributed on 100 million shares at a par value of 100 fils each.
