Mubasher: Osoul Investment announced that it has purchased an equity of nearly 62,340 shares in Osos Holding Group Co on Wednesday, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
Acquiring this stake was executed through the chairman of Osos that represents Osoul in the board of Osos, the company added.
Osoul has purchased this equity in two phases; the first one had a volume of about 42,360 at a value of 96 fils per share or a total of KWD 4,070.
The second phase included a share of nearly 19,980 shares in Osos at a value of 95 fils each or a total of KWD 6,000.
