Pan Gulf Marketing elects new board until 2030

Riyadh — Mubasher: Pan Gulf Marketing Company announced the results of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM), where shareholders approved the election of board members for a new four-year term.

The new session is scheduled to begin on 19 September 2026 and will conclude on 18 September 2030, according to a bourse filing.

The elected board members include Abdullah Ahmed Abdulrahman Al Mana, Khalid Abdulaziz Abdullah Al Babtain, Omar Mohammed Hamad Al Hoshan, and Thamer Mohammed Abdulrahman bin Muammar.

The assembly was conducted via modern technology at 18:30 on 19 August 2026, recording a shareholder attendance rate of 88.01%.

According to the regulatory filing, the resolution to elect the board members received an 88.01% approval rate from the voting shares, while 11.99% of the votes were abstentions.

The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Board Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Mana, and the Vice Chairman Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al Babtain.

Omar bin Mohammed Al Hoshan also attended in his capacity as the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
