Cairo – Mubasher: The Arab Dairy Products Company (Panda) logged consolidated net profits after tax worth EGP 143.14 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2024, versus EGP 92.91 million in 9M-23.
The company’s sales reached EGP 2.16 billion as of 30 September 2024, up year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 1.53 billion, according to the consolidated financial results.
Earnings per share (EPS) grew to EGP 0.28 in 9M-24 from EGP 0.27 a year earlier.
Standalone Results
Non-consolidated net profit after tax hit EGP 137.45 million in the January-September 2024 period, marking an annual leap from EGP 92.62 million.
Revenues widened to EGP 2.15 billion during 9M-24 from EGP 1.49 billion in the year-ago period, while the EPS edged down to EGP 0.230 from EGP 0.232.
Financials for Q3-24
In the third quarter (Q3) of 2024, Panda registered consolidated net profits valued at EGP 39.84 million, down from EGP 42.30 million in Q3-23.
During July- September 2024, the sales hiked to EGP 719.56 million from EGP 637.92 million in Q3-23, while the EPS declined to EGP 0.07 from EGP 0.10.
Regarding the standalone business, the net profits plunged to EGP 35.92 million from EGP 42.26 million, whereas the sales climbed to EGP 714.15 million from EGP 602.76 million.
In the first half (H1) of 2024, Panda recorded higher consolidated profits at EGP 103.30 million, compared to EGP 50.60 million in H1-23.
