Cairo - Mubasher: The Arab Dairy Products Company (Panda) recorded consolidated net losses after tax of EGP 188.88 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2025, compared with net profits after tax worth EGP 143.14 million in 9M-24.
Consolidated operating revenues declined to EGP 1.87 billion in 9M-25 from EGP 2.16 billion in 9M-24, according to the financial statements.
The loss per share stood at EGP 0.39 as of 30 September 2025, versus an earnings per share (EPS) of EGP 0.28 in the same period a year earlier.
The consolidated total assets hit EGP 2.71 billion in 9M-25 when compared with EGP 2.25 billion in the twelve-month period that ended on 31 December 2024.
Standalone Financials for 9M
The EGX-listed company swung to non-consolidated net losses after tax of EGP 210.95 million in 9M-25, against net profits after tax worth EGP 137.45 million in 9M-24.
Furthermore, the standalone operating revenues amounted to EGP 1.77 billion in 9M-25, marking an annual fall from EGP 2.15 billion, whereas the loss per share stood at EGP 0.42 when compared to an EPS of EGP 0.23.
During the January-September 2025 period, the non-consolidated total assets totaled EGP 2.68 billion, compared with EGP 2.21 billion at the end of December 2024.
Quarterly Results
During the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, Panda shifted to consolidated net losses after tax worth EGP 61.60 million, compared to net profits after tax of EGP 39.84 million in Q3-24.
Meanwhile, the consolidated operating revenues fell to EGP 630.30 million in the July-September 2025 period from EGP 719.56 million in Q3-24, while the loss per share totaled EGP 0.12 versus an EPS of EGP 0.07.
As for the standalone results, the company reported net losses after tax of EGP 72.44 million in Q3-25, compared to net profits after tax worth EGP 35.92 million in Q3-24.
Non-consolidated operating revenues shrank to EGP 579.15 million in Q3-25 from EGP 714.15 million, whereas the loss per share reached EGP 0.14 against an EPS of EGP 0.05.
