Prime Holding Co.’s extraordinary general meeting approved increasing the company's issued capital through the issuance of 2.8 million bonus shares, representing 4% of the company’s issued capital.
Following the capital hike, the company's total issued shares will increase from 70 million shares to 72.8 million.
Prime Holding posted EGP 30.6 million ($4 million) in net profits for 2014 compared with EGP5.1 million ($0.668 million) for the previous year, a rise of 501%.
