ProMedEx announces 10% profit growth in H1-26

Riyadh — Mubasher: Professional Medical Expertise Company (ProMedEx) reported a net profit of SAR 24.32 million in the first half (H1) of 2026, marking a 10% increase from the SAR 22.11 million recorded in H1-25.

Earnings per share for the period rose to SAR 6.95 in H1-26, compared to SAR 6.32 in the prior-year half, according to a bourse filing.

Total revenues rose by 11.93% to SAR 212.71 million in H1-26 from SAR 190.04 million. The company attributed this growth primarily to a SAR 21.20 million increase in Saudi Arabian operations, representing an 11.3% rise in domestic business.

Profitability was further supported by a SAR 8.88 million increase in gross profit and the absence of expected credit losses, which had amounted to SAR 1.56 million in the previous year.

Additionally, financing costs decreased by SAR 0.33 million, while total shareholders' equity grew by 32.42% to SAR 174.52 million in H1-26 compared to SAR 131.80 million a year earlier.

ProMedEx noted that certain comparative figures were reclassified for consistency, including the transfer of SAR 1.02 million from prepaid expenses to intangible assets, with no impact on previously reported net profit.
