Mubasher: Qatari German Medical Devices (QG Medical) has announced signing a cooperation agreement with Qatar University to develop safe syringes.
The deal will contribute to boosting cooperation in scientific research between the two parties, according to a statement to the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE).
"The Qatari German Medical Devices Company seeks to develop its strategy as one of the pioneering provider of medical services through its developed plans which involve new programmes, projects and activities. The collaboration with Qatar University will get us a step closer to achieve this future vision,” QG Medical’s chairman Hamad Al Kubaisi said.
The Qatari company has previously reported that its losses increased by 0.9% to QAR 2.23 million in the first quarter of 2018, compared to QAR 2.20 million during Q1-17.
By 11:06 Qatar time, QG Medical’s stock grew 1.17%, reaching QAR 5.13.
