Mubasher: Qatar Oman Investment on Sunday reported a 43.6% year-on-year slump in its profits for the first quarter of 2018.
Net profits amounted to QAR 5.4 million in Q1-18, compared to QAR 9.57 million in Q1-17, according to the company’s filing to the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE).
Earnings per share (EPS) retreated to QAR 0.17 for the three-month period ended 31 March 2018, versus QAR 0.30 for the same period of the prior year.
For the full-year 2017, the company’s profits plunged 30.2% to QAR 9.33 million, from QAR 13.37 million in the year before.
