Mubasher: United Development Co (UDC) on Wednesday posted a decline in profits for the first six months of 2018.
The firm registered QAR 260 million in profits, attributable to shareholders, between January and June, down from QAR 284 million in the same period of 2017.
Earnings per share (EPS) amounted to QAR 0.74 for the quarter ended 30 June against QAR 0.80 in the year-ago period, the company said in a statement to the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE).
Meanwhile, net profits for Qatar's The Pearl developer stood at QAR 279 million, whereas revenues amounted to QAR 889 million in H1-18.
