Cairo – Mubasher: Raya Customer Experience (RAYA CX) has appointed Alaa El-Khishen as its new CEO, according to a recent press statement.
El Khishen has more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications, outsourcing, and technology sectors, along with a track record of transformative leadership.
Before joining RCX, El-Khishen served as the CEO of Webhelp Egypt, where he led the expansion of its operation into Saudi Arabia. He also created the Company’s business-to-business (B2B) sales academy.
Other leading positions included the Executive Vice President at Majorek UK and the CEO at ECCO Outsourcing.

The new CEO holds a master's degree in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo and was a member of the board of directors of the African ICT Alliance (AFICTA).
In 2023, the EGX-listed firm logged net profits after tax valued at EGP 159.72 million, higher than EGP 42.22 million as of 31 December 2022.
