Cairo – Mubasher: The consolidated net profits of Raya Contact Center decreased by 53.7% to EGP 23.74 million in 2021, compared to EGP 36.48 million in 2020.
The company's revenues rose by 7% to EGP 789.23 million in 2021 from EGP 733.80 million in the earlier year, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
As for the standalone businesses, the company recorded net profits of EGP 27.06 million last year, down from EGP 85.03 million in 2020.
It is noteworthy to mention that during the first nine months (9M) of 2021, the company posted consolidated net profits of EGP 20 million, down by 30% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 28.63 million, including minority shareholders' rights.
