Raya Contact Center to set up new subsidiary in US

Cairo - Mubasher: The board of directors of Raya Contact Center approved the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary, which will be based in the US. 

The board authorised the Chairman and Managing Director to determine the company's capital and choose its board members, Raya Contact Center said in a bourse disclosure on Tuesday. 

During the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, Raya Contact Center achieved net profits of EGP 2.04 million, down from EGP 10.3 million in the year-ago period, including minority shareholders’ rights.
