Riyadh – Mubasher: upsource by solutions has teamed up with Cognizant through a three-year strategic partnership that was signed at LEAP 2025 to reshape business process outsourcing (BPO) in Saudi Arabia and beyond, according to a press release.
The collaboration brings the local expertise of upsource by solutions, which was launched during the four-day tech event in Riyadh, alongside Cognizant’s global reach to enhance operational efficiencies and strive for exceptional customer satisfaction for clients in the area.
