Cairo – Mubasher: El Shams Housing and Urbanization said shareholders of record till 4 October will be entitled to its bonus shares.
The company’s ordinary general meeting approved on 29 June a capital increase to EGP 110 million, from EGP 100 million, through bonus share distribution worth EGP 10 million (10 million shares) at EGP 1 par value each.
The company earlier posted EGP 22.19 million net profit for H1-15, up from EGP 14.25 million in the same period a year ago.
