Dubai - Sharikat Mubasher: Regeny EV Charging, a leading electric vehicle (EV) charging network operator in the UAE, officially launched a fast-charging facility near Dubai International Airport (DXB) to serve the high-volume traffic corridor surrounding the airport.
Located at the Mövenpick Grand Hotel Al Bustan, the facility is equipped with four state-of-the-art 160 kW DC ultra-fast chargers to provide rapid and reliable charging for both private and commercial EV users, the company announced in a recent press release.
The new Regeny Airport EV Hub serves airport-bound traffic around the clock without requiring entry into airport premises. It is designed to support frequent, back-to-back charging sessions, making it suitable for high-usage commercial and fleet vehicles.
This milestone underscores Regeny’s commitment to enabling seamless EV journeys, particularly in high-traffic urban and travel hubs where demand for efficient charging is greatest.
Anish Racherla, CEO of Regeny, said: “Our mission is to make electric mobility effortless and accessible. This new airport hub eliminates barriers for EV drivers passing through one of the busiest travel corridors in the country and positions Dubai at the forefront of smart, sustainable mobility.”
Moreover, launching the Regeny Airport EV Hub perfectly aligns with a series of strategic initiatives launched by the UAE Federal Government and Dubai authorities to accelerate EV adoption across the country.
