Mubasher: Residences Dar Saada's shareholders on Thursday gave a nod to the payment of cash dividends for 2015 of MAD 6.9 a share.
The distribution represents 13.8% of the share's par value worth MAD 50, the bank said in a bourse filing on Thursday.
The company's capital totals MAD 1.31 billion, distributed over 26.21 million shares.
Shareholders of record on Wednesday, 21 September are eligible for the dividends which will be paid on starting from Friday, 30 September.
