Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Response Plus Holding announced the resignation of Shamsheer Vayalil Parambath Pokkinari Hashim from his position as the Chairman of the board.
Hashim will remain in his position as a board member, according to a bourse statement.
Meanwhile, Muhammad Munir Muhammad Yagoob Hayat Khan, the Vice Chairman, will handle Hashim’s responsibilities until the election of a new Chairman.
In the first half (H1) of 2023, the ADX-listed company logged net profits valued at AED 26.58 million, an annual surge of 28.90% from AED 20.62 million.
Total revenues increased by 3.69% to AED 168.77 million in H1-23 from AED 162.76 million a year earlier, while the earnings per share (EPS) grew to AED 0.13 from AED 0.10.
