Riyadh – Mubasher: Riyadh Cables Group Company posted net profits worth SAR 1.08 billion in 2025, signaling a 32.29% annual growth from SAR 816.69 million in 2024.
The earnings per share (EPS) rose to SAR 7.22 in 2025 from SAR 5.45 in 2024, according to the income statement.
Revenues surged by 18.50% to SAR 10.67 billion as of 31 December 2025 when compared with SAR 9 billion in 2024.
Cash Dividends
In its 12 March meeting, the board of Riyadh Cables recommended cash dividends amounting to SAR 336.86 million for the second half (H2) of 2025.
The company would pay out SAR 2.25 per share, representing 22.50% of the share nominal value, for 149.71 million eligible shares.
Riyadh Cables said it will announce the eligibility and distribution dates for H2-25 dividends at a later time.
The company previously distributed a dividend of SAR 2 per share for H1-25, which brings the total cash dividends payout for the full year 2025 to SAR 4.25 per share.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Riyadh Cables registered net profits worth SAR 817.18 million and revenue of SAR 7.93 billion.
