Cairo-Mubasher: Rowad Tourism suffered EGP 3.05 million in losses for the first half of 2015, against net profits of EGP 7.43 million for the comparable period in 2014.
The hotels and resorts operator attributed its losses in H1 to the absence of revenues from its securities portfolio on the deprecation of Egypt's stocks.
The company's gross profits reached EGP 951,500 in H1-2015, compared with EGP 12.25 million for the similar period of 2014.
Meanwhile, Q2-15 losses widened to EGP 2.16 million, from EGP 658,500 for the same period of 2014.
