Cairo – Mubasher: Rubex International for Plastic and Acrylic Manufacturing said its rights issue covered by 90.567% in its first phase.
The total number of subscribed shares in 1st phase amounted to 2.07 million shares worth EGP 10.08 million.
Rubex seeks to raise its capital from EGP 50 million to EGP 100 million, up by 50 million distributed across 10 million shares at EGP 5 par value each.
