SAB’s board mulls SAR 2bn cash dividends for H2-25

Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB) recommended cash dividends after Zakat amounting to SAR 2.05 billion for the second half (H2) of 2025.

The lender will pay out a dividend of SAR 1 per share for 2.05 billion eligible shares, according to a bourse filing.

Meanwhile, the disbursement date will be disclosed at a later time.

In 2025, the bank’s net profits before Zakat and income tax climbed by 3.56% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 9.69 billion from SAR 9.36 billion.
