Cairo - Mubasher: The shareholders of Société Arabe Internationale de Banque (SAIB), during their meeting on 17 March 2026, approved cash dividends totaling $9.93 million for 2025.
SAIB will pay out a dividend of $0.30 per share, according to a bourse filing.
Meanwhile, the ex-dividend and distribution dates will be 9 and 16 April 2026, respectively.
The EGX-listed lender noted that the dividends will be paid through Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR).
During 2025, SAIB logged an annual decrease of 12% in net profits after tax to $30.10 million, compared to $34.32 million.
