SAIC, Chubb Arabia appoint new CEO

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Advanced Industries Company (SAIC) named Khalid bin Saeed Abu Khadra as the new CEO following Abdullah bin Sulaiman Al Juraish’s resignation from his position as the Acting CEO.

The board members approved the appointment on 23 September 2024, while Abu Khadra will take over the new role on 13 October, according to a bourse filing.

With experience spanning over 18 years, Abu Khadra started his career in the banking sector with leading lenders in Saudi Arabia, including Alinma Bank and Al Rajhi Bank.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from King Saud University in Financial Management in addition to other professional certificates and courses in the fields of leadership and management.

Chubb Arabia

The board members of Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company assigned, on 22 September, Abdulaziz Abdul Karim Al Khereiji, the Managing Director, as the Interim CEO of the company for six months.

Al Khereiji will hold his new position starting from 1 October 2024 to 1 March 2025. The new CEO holds a bachelor's degree in Management Sciences from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, with more than 24 years of experience in management and entrepreneurship.

On 15 September, Talal Omar Bahafi resigned from his position as the company’s CEO.
