Riyadh — Mubasher: SAL Saudi Logistics Services Company inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Microsoft Arabia on the sidelines of LEAP 2026, to explore collaboration in digital transformation, digital logistics, data, AI, and customer experience.
The partnership aims to leverage Microsoft’s technology and expertise to support SAL’s digital transformation roadmap and advance its capabilities in digital logistics.
Both sides are expected to cooperate in AI, cloud technologies, and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency, develop digital solutions, identify innovative applications across SAL’s operations, and support sustainability initiatives.
The MoU will also explore opportunities to strengthen supply chain capabilities and logistics innovation, supporting Saudi Arabia’s ambition to become a leading global logistics hub in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
During the three-day event, SAL and Elm Company launched CargoGate, a digital operational solution designed to streamline shipment pickup and delivery procedures across SAL’s stations.
