Riyadh – Mubasher: SAL Logistics Division, a subsidiary of Saudi Logistics Services Company (SAL), inked a logistics services agreement with Flyadeal Company on 25 November, according to a bourse disclosure.
Under the three-year deal, SAL Logistics Division will provide Flyadeal with logistics services, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing.
The Tadawul-listed company noted that there is no fixed contract value, adding that services will be priced, invoiced, and paid based on quotations and actual service requests issued by Flyadeal during the agreement term.
The partnership backs the unit’s objectives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of its logistics services. This is in addition to expanding SAL’s integrated service portfolio across the sector.
It will also reflect positively on the company’s financial results over the duration of the contract.
SAL recorded net profits valued at SAR 496.22 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2025.
