Société de Fabrication des Boissons de Tunisie (SFBT), Tunisia listed company ,said it will hold extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 23 April to discuss the company's capital increase from TD 90 million to TD 105 million.
Meanwhile, the company will also hold ordinary general meeting (OGM) to discuss the dividend payout for 2014.
The company posted earnings of TD 332.6 billion for 2014 compared with TD 319.8 billion for 2013 up 4%.
