Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Industrial Development Company (SIDC) has appointed Alinma Investment as its financial advisor to study the potential acquisition of the entire share capital of Industrial Production Services Company, an unlisted joint-stock firm.
The appointment, effective 16 September 2026, follows a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) previously signed with Sudom Investment Company and Mohammed Al Swailm Holding Company. This initial agreement was first disclosed on 9 August.
The company said the final valuation for the acquisition will be determined after completing financial evaluations and due diligence.
SIDC affirmed that the appointment of a financial advisor does not guarantee a final agreement or the completion of the transaction.
The potential deal remains subject to the results of due diligence, ongoing negotiations, the signing of final agreements, and obtaining necessary regulatory and internal approvals.
The company committed to disclosing further material developments in accordance with regulatory requirements.
