SIIG announces 513% profit leap in 9M-26 financials

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Industrial Investment Group (SIIG) delivered a net profit of SAR 282 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2026, reflecting a 513.04% increase from the SAR 46 million recorded in 9M-25, according to a bourse disclosure.

Earnings per share (EPS) rose to SAR 0.43 in 9M-26 from SAR 0.06 in the prior-year period.

SIIG attributed the net income growth to a higher share of profits from joint ventures, which benefited from improved average selling prices for certain products and a reduction in depreciation expenses following a re-evaluation of asset lifespans at the start of 2026. Zakat expenses for the nine-month period also decreased to SAR 8 million from SAR 15 million.

Total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, stood at SAR 8.86 billion as of 30 September 2026, compared to SAR 8.92 billion a year ago.

For the third quarter (Q3) of 2026, SIIG witnessed a jump of 1,025% in net profit to SAR 90 million compared to SAR 8 million in Q3-25.

Quarterly operating profit rose to SAR 92 million in Q3-26 from SAR 7 million a year earlier.

SIIG noted that the quarterly performance improved despite higher feedstock costs and lower sales volumes for some products due to supply chain challenges.

In the first half (H1) of 2026, the industrial entity SIIG posted SAR 194 million in net profit, while it shifted to net losses in Q2-26.
