Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Industrial Services Company (SISCO) will distribute 8% of share’s par value or SAR 0.8 per share as a cash dividend for 2020, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
SISCO will pay a total amount of SAR 65.2 million to the entitled shareholders on 31 May through bank transfers.
The company has achieved net profits worth SAR 139.4 million last year, posting an annual surge of 173.9%.
