Mubasher: SMN Power Holding Company posted on Monday a year-on-year fall of 3.7% in its net profit for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2016.
Net profit for Q3-16 reached OMR 2.85 million ($7.38 million), compared to OMR 2.96 million ($7.66 million) for Q3-15, according to a bourse filing.
In the first nine months of 2016, net profit declined 1.43% to OMR 7.29 million from OMR 7.39 million for the same period of 2015.
Operating revenue amounted to OMR 69.73 million in the nine-month period, 16.72% down from OMR 83.73 million a year ago.
SMN Power earlier reported a net profit of OMR 4.44 million for the first half of 2016, versus OMR 4.43 million for H1-15.
