Mubasher: The general assembly of SMN Power Holding Company approved the distribution of cash dividends for 2016.
The company will distribute 16% of the company’s capital as cash dividends at 16 baisas per share, totalling OMR 3.19 million, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The company's capital amounts to OMR 19.96 million, distributed over 199.64 million shares at a nominal value of OMR 0.1 per share.
Net profit for fiscal year 2016 increased 30.3% to OMR 11.75 million from OMR 9.02 million for 2015.
