Kuwait – Mubasher: Safat Global Holding will relist on Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE), according to a statement issued by Borsa Kuwait on Wednesday.
The company will be listed under the ‘Financial Services’ segment, starting from Monday, 7 November, 2016.
The issued and paid-up capital of Safat is worth KWD 3 million distributed on 30 million shares, with a par value of 100 fils a share.
