Mubasher: Salam International Investment Limited announced that the company swung to loss for the first quarter of 2018.
Losses amounted to QAR 8.22 million in Q1-18, against a profit of QAR 20.39 million in Q1-17, according to the company’s statement to the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) released late Monday.
Earnings per share (EPS) recorded QAR 0.04 for the three-month period ended 31 March 2018, versus QAR 0.23 for the same period in the previous year.
For the full-year 2017, Salam International’s losses reached QAR 100.72 million, compared to a profit of QAR 114.21 million a year earlier.
