Mubasher: Sanam Real Estate recorded a profit of nearly KWD 43,020 ($142,640) during the third quarter of 2017, against a loss of approximately KWD 123,370 ($409,060) in the same period a year ago.
During the nine-month period of 2017, Sanam suffered losses of about KWD 92,020 compared to nearly KWD 139,530 in the same period a year ago; a year-on-year decline of 34.1%, according to a bourse statement issued on Thursday.
The decline in losses during the nine-month period is attributed to an improvement in the company’s investment portfolio.
