Riyadh-Mubasher: The Saudi Public Transport Co. (Saptco) has signed an agreement to purchase 150 buses at a total value of SAR 61.8 million, the company said in a filing to the Saudi bourse (Tadawul).
Saptco will receive the buses in the third quarter of 2015, and the relevant financial impact will materialise in the same quarter.
The move is part of the company's preparations for the next hajj season, in late September this year, when millions of pilgrims flock to the holy Islamic cities of Mecca and Medina.
