Saudi Cable submits request to CMA for SAR 400m capital hike

Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Cable Company has submitted an application to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), on 28 July 2025, to increase its share capital to SAR 466.73 million from SAR 66.73 million.

The rise will be executed through a SAR 400 million rights issue, according to a bourse disclosure.

The process remains subject to the approval of the CMA and the company’s extraordinary general assembly.

It is worth noting that the board of the Tadawul-listed company recommended a capital hike through a rights issue during its meeting on 8 May 2024.
