Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Ceramic Company will distribute SAR 0.75 per share, accounting for 7.5% of the share’s par value, as a cash dividend for the first half (H1) of 2021.
The total value of the dividends will stand at SAR 59.81 million for 79.74 million eligible shares, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
Saudi Ceramic said the eligibility date will be 1 August, while the distribution date will be 15 August.
