Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Company posted net losses before Zakat worth SAR 12.82 million in the third quarter (Q3) of 2021, higher by 27% than SAR 10.1 million in Q3-20.
During the first nine months of 2021, the insurance firm incurred losses worth SAR 42.52 million, an increase of 92% from SAR 22.12 million in the same period last year, according to the initial financial results on Tuesday.
The loss per share deepened to SAR 2.99 at the end of September 2021 from SAR 1.59 in the same period last year.
At the end of September this year, Saudi Enaya’s accumulated losses amounted to SAR 74.04 million, representing 49.37% of the SAR 150 million capital.
